We are proud to introduce Lewis, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Poly UP.
Lewis co-founded the business with his brother Rob in 2023, officially launching in early 2024. Since then, Poly UP has grown rapidly, delivering high-quality sports and safety surfacing projects for schools, universities, playgrounds, and professional sports clubs across the UK.
With a strong background in sales and leadership, Lewis oversees daily operations, business development, project coordination, and subcontractor management โ ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard while driving the companyโs continued growth. He works closely with Operations Director Tom, who joined the business in 2025, strengthening the leadership team as the company continues to expand.
Outside of work, Lewis is a keen musician and dedicated family man โ values that strongly influence his leadership style and commitment to community impact.
We are proud to have Lewis leading the Poly UP team.

Project Updates | Northern Ireland - 2,600mยฒ Pitch Installation Complete
Completed installation of a 2G sand-filled multi-soft system in Northern Ireland.
This 2,600mยฒ surface was installed with carpet and pad to provide a durable, low-maintenance solution suited for regular use. Sand-filled systems remain a dependable option where longevity and consistent footing are key.
The finished images highlight the clean detailing and uniform finish achieved across the full pitch area.
We appreciate the opportunity to deliver this project alongside @sispitchesireland, and credit to the Poly UP team for maintaining high standards throughout.

This video shows the progression of our latest project in Northern Ireland, moving from active installation through to completed surface.
The works involved the installation of a 2G sand-filled multi-soft carpet and pad system, covering 2,600mยฒ. Systems like this are designed to provide a stable, durable playing surface with consistent performance underfoot.
Itโs always rewarding to see each stage come together, from the initial carpet roll-out to the final sand integration and finish.
