We were delighted to have our Managing Director, Lewis Nickson, and Client Relationship Manager, Tom Stone, attend Career Discovery Day at The City of Liverpool College.
The event gave us a great opportunity to speak directly with students about real-life career journeys; from first steps into the industry to the realities of growing a business. It was fantastic to see so many engaged students asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine interest in their future paths.
Rather than just talking at students, days like this are about open conversations, sharing honest experiences, lessons learned, and helping young people understand that there are many different routes to success.
At Poly UP, we believe in giving back by supporting the next generation with practical insight, encouragement, and real-world perspective.
