What is SAPCA?
The Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) is the UK’s trade association for the sports and play construction industry. SAPCA promotes high standards and best practice across the sector, providing technical guidance, Codes of Practice and resources for businesses and professionals involved in the design, construction and maintenance of sports and play facilities.
For clients and industry professionals, SAPCA provides a recognised industry framework and guidance to help inform decisions around the planning, specification and delivery of sports facilities.
What Does Our SAPCA Membership Mean?
Poly UP has been approved as an Ancillary Contractor for Synthetic Turf Surfacing, placing us within SAPCA’s network of businesses operating across the sports and play construction sector.
Membership gives our team access to industry knowledge, technical guidance and best-practice resources that support the continued development of our processes and technical expertise.
SAPCA also publishes specific guidance relating to synthetic turf sports pitches, including its Code of Practice for the Construction and Maintenance of Synthetic Turf Sports Pitches.
For Poly UP, being part of this wider industry environment is an opportunity to continue developing our knowledge, strengthening our processes and ensuring that the standards we set for ourselves continue to evolve alongside the industry.
