Rubber Crumb / EPDM Wet Pour Surfacing

Also known as EPDM Wet Pour, Rubber Crumb Surfacing is a seamless, poured-in-place rubber surface made from a blend of rubber granules and a high-performance polyurethane binder. This versatile system is ideal for creating safe, vibrant, and durable surfaces in high-traffic outdoor or indoor environments.

We install it in layers, typically beginning with a recycled SBR rubber base for shock absorption, followed by a coloured EPDM rubber layer for aesthetics and durability. The outcome is a smooth, seamless surface that cures within 24 to 48 hours.

Rubber Mulch Surfacing

Rubber Mulch is a visually distinct alternative to wet pour surfaces, offering a more natural, bark-like appearance with the same safety credentials. Made from shredded recycled rubber and bound with resin, it’s ideal for nature-inspired play areas, trails, and landscaping.

Unlike rubber crumb, Rubber Mulch is a standalone surface system—not layered or used beneath EPDM.
