Public Realm Improvement – Baltic Mill
We previously completed a public realm enhancement at the former Baltic Mill site in Gainsborough town centre, transforming the space with a high-quality resin bound aggregate surface. Contracted by a trusted partner; a big thanks goes out to them for the opportunity to collaborate.
Project Summary:

✅ Installed to improve accessibility and pedestrian flow
✅ Permeable, low-maintenance surface suited to town centre use
✅ Clean, seamless finish that complements the surrounding environment
The completed works helped revitalise the site, creating a durable and visually appealing surface that supports long-term use while enhancing the character of the town centre.

Synthetic Pitch Installation – Caledonian Braves Football Club
We completed the full installation of a new synthetic 3G football pitch, delivering a professional-standard surface designed to support both training and match play.
Project Overview:
✅ Approx. 7,400m2 synthetic turf installation
✅ Existing surface carefully lifted and recycled in line with environmental standards
✅ Prefabricated shock pad system installed for consistent impact absorption
✅ Laser-level base checks achieving less than 8mm deviation over 3m spans
✅ In-lay white 11-a-side football lines with cross-field 7-a-side pitches
✅ Precision sand and rubber infill applied using specialist SandMatic machinery
✅ Completed with full preparation and final FIFA-accredited testing
Poly UP was contracted through @sportexgroup to deliver this comprehensive renovation as part of their client`s investment in high-performance facilities built to meet their on-field ambitions.

Our Ball Wall Training Area project in Galway, Ireland is now complete.
Our team has successfully delivered a high-quality training feature designed to support skills development, repetition, and year-round use. From initial groundworks through to final construction, the project has taken shape into a robust and functional space that will add long-term value to the facility.
